How we use information
Solely to conduct The Financial Analysis, build and deliver your report and walkthrough, communicate about your engagement, and process payment. Nothing beyond the scope of your engagement.
Sharing & third parties
We never sell your information or share it with marketers or data brokers. We use vetted processors only — Stripe, a private delivery channel, a transactional email service, Cloudflare, and PostHog (anonymous analytics).
Your rights & choices

Service description
The Financial Analysis is an educational, informational review of your financial file. It is not credit repair, advising, legal counsel, tax prep, investment advising, or loan brokering.
Intellectual property
All deliverables are the intellectual property of UTHEDGEOFFICIAL, licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell or redistribute without written consent.
Payment terms
A flat $1,000, paid in full before the read begins. Non-refundable once the review has started; if a review has not begun, a refund may be issued at UTHEDGEOFFICIAL's discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UTHEDGEOFFICIAL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the engagement.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes are addressed first by good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Missouri.
